EUREKA!!! I have done it!!! Guys, I have been working on this recipe like crazy for a month! Creamy coconut popsicles are some of my very favorite! So when trying to create my own recipe it was super important to me that the consistency of the popsicle was super duper creamy.. Not icy. Creamy!!! After making 12+ variations on this popsicle I am pleased to present to you

Coconut Cinnamon Popsicles:
250ml carton of whipping cream
2/3c. Sweetened condensed milk
1/4c. Coconut flakes
1tsp. Coconut extract
1/2c. Coconut milk
1/2tsp. Cinnamon
Whip the cream until soft peaks are formed. Then, blend in the remaining ingredients, add to popsicle molds, freeze, and enjoy!!
