In a heavy saucepan combine the zest of one orange, 2 1/2 cups of orange juice, and 1/3 cup of sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and stirring occasionally cook until the orange juice has reduced by half. 5-7 min. Remove from heat, and let mixture cool to room temperature.
In a bowl whisk together one 1/4 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of half-and-half, 1 Tbsp of corn syrup, 1/4 cup confectioners sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Once the orange mixture has cooled strain out the orange zest through a fine mesh sieve, and add to the cream mixture. Pour into molds, freeze, and ENJOY!!!!!! 🍊🍦
